Have you ever been so frustrated by a hotel that you created a website just to tell others not to stay there?

I hadn't either. Until I stayed at BeMate Medellin

This Is Why

Welcome to a cautionary tale about BeMate Medellin, where spacious luxury meets baffling greed. Picture this: a sprawling 1,700 sq.ft. apartment, perfect for family gatherings, yet bound by a puzzling rule—only two guests allowed, with a steep $80/day charge for any extra souls daring to cross the threshold.

While we understand and respect the need to curb certain... nocturnal activities Medellin is known for, our story is different. Imagine our dismay when, in the spirit of family, we invited my wife's grandmother to stay, only to be met with an exorbitant fee to use our own space. This isn't just about money; it's about principle, about a bizarre lack of common sense that turns a family holiday into a wallet-emptying ordeal.

So, why this website? Because sometimes, sharing is caring—about future guests who deserve better. Dive in, and see why sometimes, more space doesn’t mean more sense. You're welcome!
